Weight Watchers

Just a quick update:.....Week 2 on Weight Watchers and I am down 6 pounds total.  YAY!!!!!

points POINTS.....ugh

I started Weight Watchers new Points Plus plan last week Tuesday.  I did Weight Watchers in the past, and it worked for me.....so I decided to give it another shot.

According to this new version, I get to eat 31 points a day.  So, on my 2nd day of weight watchers, like a naughty little girl.....I went to Culver's and had a triple cheese butter burger.  It was SOOOOOO YUMMY!!!  My whole shirt was covered in grease splatters...lol

When I got home and looked up the points...that burger alone was over 20 points....lol  Not to mention  my HUGE pop that I had (it was worth it).

It is safe to say, I started my Weight Watcher plan off on the wrong foot.  Thankfully, I made better food choices the rest of the week.

Anyways, one week later and I am down 3.5 pounds YAY!!!
